What you’ll be able to do

  • Apply knowledge of management consulting practices.

  • Demonstrate use of consulting practices in active learning with community clients through interviews, focus group/survey design and delivery for discovery, data acquisition, analysis and reporting, which lead to strategic planning and change management.

  • Practice in a variety of processes and interventions inherent in the management consulting field, specifically those techniques used in service to create equity, building diverse stakeholder groups, and being inclusive of all members of a community.

  • Recognize individual strengths, non-strengths, likes, dislikes, personality and goals with consulting opportunities, demands and behaviors so as to help enhance their placement and career opportunities in the future.
