Course Description

Examination of behavioral science literature dealing with the processes by which individuals, small groups and organizations make decisions. Understanding decision-making behavior in order to improve managerial performance; modeling decision-making processes for systems design and theory building purposes. Knowledge of statistics strongly encouraged such asSTAT 301.
