Develop the creative and technical skills necessary to conceive, execute, and revise original literary work in the relevant genre/s (fiction/poetry/playwriting/creative non-fiction).

Evaluate literary works in progress, guide classroom discussion, and convey concepts of craft to undergraduate students.
Demonstrate sensitivity to language and style on both the artistic and technical levels.
