Individual creative research projects following thesis proposal approval, creating research plans and schedules for studio-based or theory-based work with faculty mentorship.

What you’ll be able to do
Demonstrate a critical awareness of the relationship of their artwork to its social, cultural, historical, theoretical and contemporary contexts.
Develop, polish, and clearly articulate artistic goals, manifested in a substantial body of artwork and communicated through oral presentations and thesis writing.
Organize and conduct a large creative research project.
Track and complete all tasks connected to implementation.
Engage with feedback and discussion of relevant topics.
Create a visual and oral presentation of one’s body of work that is shared with peers and faculty, addressing any issues or questions that arise.
