Analysis of real property through an understanding of the legal, physical, and economic characteristics of a site and building. Analyze real estate markets to forecast future rental income and vacancies. Develop an operating pro forma and basic investment model, forecast future cash flows, and learn to estimate the market value of commercial properties.
