Leaders apply and synthesize theories of leadership, innovation, informatics, and business concepts to complex healthcare issues to improve outcomes. Utilizes current and emerging issues, theories, and case studies to explore attributes of innovative leaders, emerging models of care, innovation models, design and adoption, mergers and affiliations in healthcare, and entrepreneurship.
