Structure activity of cholinergic, adrenergic, serotonergic and dopaminergic agents, antidepressant, antianxiety drugs, opioids, and antihistamines. Overview of drug metabolism and the clinical effects of metabolic drug interactions and genetic variability in drug metabolism genes.
