Prof. Wang showed a genuine enjoyment for teaching and care for his students. He was very organized, giving us the entire course plan during the very first class. He gives students everything they need to be successful, and you learn more because he isn't very pressure-some. His accent can be thick at times, but he repeats himself for clarity.

Passionate professor, you won't regret his class! Lectures can be dense since slides don't cover everything, but he offers lots of extra credit and grades lightly. Only a couple straightforward research assignments (as of Fall 2025) to manage, an easy midterm, and a final project. He likes to use AI images in slides, and in projects which is funny.
