I literally feel like I am being read a textbook. There is no clear organization and 90% of the lecture is conceptual notes that barely relate to any assignments. I don't even know where to look in the textbook to find help because we jump back and forth and never label any notes as from particular sections.

Zaidan is a horrific lecturer. He reads directly from his notes, occasionally stopping for a poorly-explained proof or example. Zaidan completely failed to keep my interest--I found the textbook to be far more interesting. Furthermore, provided practice exams were nothing like the actual tests, which most of the class did exceedingly poor on.
