I took World History with him at McNeese. There are some comments here that shows some people don't pay attention. Pay attention in class. Do the works. You do OK. I'm a transfer student. Really bad. I would not suggest taking this class with professor Billy if you are a full time student. I had no time to study for my other classes or do any other homework because he assigns so much reading material that you have to write an essay on at the end of each week.
