He got thrown into teaching the class last minute, so I'm sympathetic, but I had to essentially teach myself everything. Lectures were unstructured and consisted of 1-2 examples that he would struggle to explain for the whole class. He offered lots of extra credit though and posted thorough answer keys for assignments, which were helpful.

Seems like a really smart dude, just his apparent first time lecturing. Improved over the semester, but I more or less stopped going to lecture and watched khanacademy videos.
