Took this class with no discussion. No offense, feels like he doesn't do much since there are no recorded lectures whatsoever. Did well on Wiley Plus hw, Pre/Post assignments, and the In the News, but it didn't matter since most of your grade is based on the exams (which were horrible btw). GET HELP EARLY ON - a tutor &/ office hours!

I took this course virtually, and I'm writing this review for anyone considering taking this class virtually. This could not have been a worse experience. There was no lectures, no quizzes, no nothing. We were graded mainly on three exams, and were given no instruction. It was an awful experience, I don't know anyone who got above a B. DO NOT TAKE.

He's a good guy, I was having last-minute problems with some accommodations and even though the deadline for the issues was past due, he still helped me out. I think when you have hundreds of students at a time but are still willing to go the extra mile to help one, shows what kind of professor he is.

My TA was awesome. Class is not that hard. There is a lot of content, but if you read the book thoroughly and take notes you will be fine. Go to class to reinforce concepts and ask a bunch of questions if necessary. Understand the content and don't memorize. I got 95+% on all the exams. They are fair but will test your true conceptual knowledge.

A lot of people complain about this class; however, if you read the book and put in effort in studying for the exams you'll be farther ahead of the class. You will not get an A unless you read the book most likely. The exams are very fair (a lot of people would disagree) but again if you read the book you'll be fine. It's no easy A, but I enjoyed.
