Horrible teacher. She makes us feel dumb in class because "we should know this" or that. We're in the class to learn how to do physics... Avoid if possible. I rarely go to lecture and I just read the textbookRate My Professors ↗
She's not helpful and very difficult to understand. If you're confused about something, don't ask her. She'll say something like "This is an easy question, I don't know why you got it wrong" when clearly most of the class is confused. Avoid if at all possible.Rate My Professors ↗
Is deliberately degrading and puts down students when they ask for help. Extremely temperamental. Most explanations on how to get to answers involve "if you are smart, you know the answer" uncooperative. AVOID IF POSSIBLERate My Professors ↗
I think Dr. Montaruli is a good professor. She is interested in what she teaches and explains the topics pretty well. Don't blame her if the class doesn't seem to go your way-blame the department for trying to get you to learn so much physics in one semester.
