A one credit course that was lightly graded. Weekly summaries of short readings, guest speakers, and even panelists on different biological issues. Interesting class. Because of the weekly guest speakers, it's hard to really say much about the professor.Rate My Professors ↗

Class was EXTREMELY interesting and she is very interested in the material. Know that this is mainly a graduate student class and, although it is a relaxed environment, the amount of work you are expected to do is not fully explained. 2 credit class that requires as much work as a 4 credit class. Class is a joke. unless your a lazy piece, this class is easy 2 credits. Just listen to guest speakers on environmental issues and just answer questions about it.Then go in groups and answer questions.You dont need to read the book at all. When assigned Q's from the book its like 2 Q's and you just find where it is in the book and answer it. EASYRate My Professors ↗

this class is really different than previous years.Its twice a week and there is in-class work both days to hand in every week, plus a "learning log" and reading questions and article analysis. due EVERY week. This is a 2 credit class that's being taught like a 3-4.She never lectures, we always have guest speakers.Too much work for a 2 cred. awful.
