To be completely honest, the course isn't that bad. Easy A if you go to class and discussions because she makes it mandatory to attend. She canceled out exams for this semester which really saved me because the biggest problem would be that her lectures are all over the place, doesn't really seemed organized. In all honesty, one of the worst professors I have ever had. Her grading methods are absolutely awful and treats the class as an advanced English class for assignments regarding grammar. She gives very little time for people to think of a response when she calls on you. If you do not respond quickly enough she will move on and mark you as absent.Rate My Professors ↗
Course material is interesting & she is knowledgeable & enthusiastic. However, her notes on the board are incredibly disorganized & she wings lectures. Also this class causes anxiety as she requires name tents and carries notecards with your image on them- calls on individuals randomly and expects you to know specific info from long readings.Rate My Professors ↗
Terrible. Exams are in a 50 minute time slot, and the questions require you to write two essays plus short answer. There is no way you can finish in that amount of time. And when you think you did well on an exam, think again. Be prepared for exam feedback that doesn't make any sense - you literally have no idea why she takes points off.Rate My Professors ↗
She is super unorganized and jumps from one topic to another way too much. She also carries notecards of names on her so be ready to be called on and talk about the reading assignments. She's funny sometimes but most of the time, it's just silly. It's not a terrible class thoughRate My Professors ↗
