Sung Kim is kind and has energetic lectures. But meeting only once a week makes them dense and fast-paced. He often cold calls or has students demonstrate Excel skills. The Participation assignments were confusing with many steps. And communication with him, especially when rescheduling an exam, was difficult.Rate My Professors ↗
Prof Kim was very funny and did his best to make the lecture interesting. His portion of the semester feels a lot easier than the second. He is approachable and willing to help. For the actual content, I personally do not love regression.Rate My Professors ↗

Sung is a funny guy and makes class light. However, his lectures are kind of pointless. Since the class is half online, he posts lecture videos of the topics that more than suffice. Lecture is just an extension of those videos. He teaches the first 2/3 of the class. Not challenging, just make sure you know what is going on.Rate My Professors ↗
What a meme, Sung Kim is a very knowledgeable professor who would make the 1st 2/3 of GB307 a fun review of the regression parts of GB306. The weekly assignments were pretty easy with multiple attempts from the lecture material. His tests were kinda more on the basis that he likely didn't proofread them before handing them out.
