No Book. No HW. Just him lecturing with about 200 slides. Classes are interesting and boring not mandatory. He tells you exact problems on the test "Probability 1". Gives a study guide that if you study easy A on exams. I had him for two classes got an AB on both because everyone does well.Rate My Professors ↗

Maybe the easiest class I've taken on campus. Got near 100%. Very smart man, knows a lot about many things. More about teaching you how to learn than teaching you about urban and regional economics. Very large scope. Not terribly relevant to most Real Estate careers. If you're interested in macroecon or public policy, you'll enjoy it. If not, you'll tolerate it. Tests and quizzes are ok; 1st quiz and midterm are definitely easier than the 2nd quiz and final.Rate My Professors ↗
