One of the best professors I've had. The class is challenging, but she explains difficult concepts clearly and connects them to hot topics in science. The exams are tough, but she gives students every opportunity to succeed through extra credit and support. She genuinely cares about student learning and her passion for the subject is contagious.

Very good professor, teaches a lot but the class is not very relevant for biochemistry majors that are all just taking it to fulfill their major. Relies a lot on textbook readings which most of the class did not do.

Teaches tough material well. The class is set up to provide a lot of value. You will be studying on the evenings and weekends to keep up. She is respectful with regards to making mistakes on tests and will change test scores. Respects her office hours.
