WORST. LECTURER. EVER. If you think you'll understand something, well... think again my friend. she explains the content like she is explaining it to herself. Handwriting isn't good either. Discussions aren't that helpful. You'd be better off understanding the material from Khan Academy or something.

Should rename class to How to be a terrible professor 101 Professor Li is an expert on showing up late, illegible handwriting, and presenting material in the least understandable way possible. If you are interested in these topics take this class!

Cant understand a word she says. Ocassionally late for lecture. She doesnt use microphone. I cant understand her handwriting. Worst professor Ive ever had.

Without a doubt the worst professor/lecturer/instructor I've had at UW. She's awful. Less than a third of students came to lectures because there was no point. She was impossible to understand, and her handwriting wasn't much easier to make out easier. Unclear grading policy, and the TAs weren't very helpful. You have to teach yourself everything.

She has a whole script of what she wants to say every class, so if you're running short on time, she'll just throw everything at you quickly before the class ends. Not a hard class, but very easy to mess up and get a bad grade. Very nice grading curve, though (25% A, 25% AB, 25% B).
