Prof. Stefanos is the best professor I have ever had. She has a lot of knowledge about the subject and had a pretty straightforward class. There are 7 homework assignments but you only need to do 5, a midterm essay, and a final essay. Assignments do require reading and take time but overall, a fairly easy class.Rate My Professors ↗
Professor Stefanos is clearly a very experienced sociologist. The class spanned a very interesting broad range of race history in America, and I thought the different material that Professor Stefanos chose for class was well thought out. Prof. Stefanos is a really good lecturer! The exams she gives are very specific and straight to the point and you are only graded based on 5 homework assignments throughout the whole semester and the two take home essays. Prof Stefanos has such a big heart. She is probably my favorite professor at UW thus far. Lecture slides are posted online, so attendance isn't required unless there is an in class activity. She offers extra credit which can be a huge grade booster. Five homework assignments and two take home essay. Can get by without reading the textbookRate My Professors ↗
Professor Stefanos is not only an amazing teacher but an incredible person as well. She has done so many amazing things in her life and offers so many insightful views about international politics considering she's done so much herself. Wow Professor Stefanos class is amazing, she is amazing! She is super intelligent and has done so many research projects and has been active in work involving International Studies.
