Half of class is just the professor making niche references and being shocked when no one knows who invented Palm Wine music or that no one speaks Afrikaans. Course code AFR129. ",

Class = reading-heavy, but nothing more than I would expect for this level and content. Offers lots of extra credit and is very reachable through email and office hours.
