Professor Zea must have spent time representing our country, Soldier? Solid leader, sets the example of how to be an important part of the human race. Can't wait to see what else he will teach. Inspirational in his methods and concepts. Conveys his messages in a clear, concise method with a great sense of humor. His follow up is also excellent.

Literally the dorkiest, dad-like professor I've had so far at UW. But his passion for stats left me impressed with him as an individual and as a professor. He made great efforts to explain the concepts and all assignments/tests to the students. Nothing felt unfair, he never tried to trick up people on tests.

Ryan was a great instructor. The class was blended which worked really nice due to the weekly homework assignments. Ryan is clearly really passionate about teaching statistics, and has super funny "dad humor". Overall loved the class, and would take classes by him in the future.

Ryan Zea is super cool! He's funny and actually makes lectures interesting. Homework and an online quiz is assigned just about every week but it's very manageable and easy points. There is also a short writing assignment that's pretty easy. Would definitely take it again! Overall, he makes his class very reasonable and makes stats interesting.
