Good lecturer, an hour and 15 minutes is not boring. I really learned a lot about the subject in Professor Owen's class. The grade consists of 2 midterms and 1 final. The grading is fair, and you have chances to save your grade even if you bombed one.

I really enjoyed prof Owens. Since he has a Phd and Law degree it was great to hear from him as a prospective law student. His lectures are interesting and engaging but he does ask for a lot of participation. He is a pretty tough grader, but he gives very thorough feedback so you can improve. Grade is 5 memos, 6 discussion posts, and participation.

Owens was a phenomenal professor. He's very clear on course expectations & was accessible when students needed help. I feel this was the most real-life applicable class I've ever taken. Not denying this class is a lot of work, but it's 600 level class so it's harder than a strictly undergrad class. I can't emphasize enough how great the class is.
