I enjoyed Professor Trumble's course! The class is information dense, but she explained concepts clearly and made sure that we were well prepared for all exams. She incorporates her fieldwork into lectures, which was interesting to learn about. She gives extra credit and was always very approachable. I highly recommend her for IS 101!Rate My Professors ↗
Honestly would never take one of her classes again. Hated the way she lectured and felt like although she was extremely smart, she didn't relay any of that into the lectures. Most of what I knew for test came from classes I had taken previous semesters.Rate My Professors ↗
She is surprisingly better than most of the tenured professors I have taken classes with. I enjoy her lectures and the readings aren't super long, though it can be a little much some weeks. Very nice and fun to talk with outside of class.Rate My Professors ↗
She lectures in the weirdest way and doesn't fully explain what the concepts are. I thought this was supposed to be an introduction to international studies yet I feel like I was just thrown in and expected to know things already. 4th week of class and we have a midterm already.
