AMAZING!!!! The best lecturer in a tough course. He makes ACCT301 easier to learn by explaining all the concepts clearly and he is very humorous. He can make people who hate accounting fall in love with it. It remains a challenging course. Russell was the best accounting lecturer I have had yet. Accounting is a relatively boring subject but he tried to make it as interesting as possible. He really cares about his students and I enjoyed going to his class. He is great at explaining difficult concepts and making them easy. Russell does a good job of making accounting interesting however he can. However, what makes his class so special is that in addition, he likes to tell you about about his life or just life in general. You leave with so much more knowledge than just accounting. Epp truly knows how to make accounting fun. It is clear that he is passionate about the subject and wants his students to succeed. Makes lectures interesting by showing funny pictures/sharing stories at the beginning of class. Epp is one of my favorite professors I've ever had. His expectations are clear and he really cares about his students. Note taking slides are very helpful for studying, and exams are difficult but graded on a huge curve. Two weeks into class he knew everyone's name.
