    "comment": "Prof. Streiffer is a great teacher and he is very knowledgeable about the material in the course. Lectures are more or less open discussions and there is a lot of reading. He provides a number of topics for each of the papers that are assigned so that there should be at least one that sparks some interest. Overall a great professor!",

    "comment": "Prof. Streiffer makes this class great because of the excitement that he obviously has for the subjects. Lectures are more like open discussions with the whole class, and enjoyable. The shortfall is the pop quizzes, which ask ab specific details in 20+ pages of heavy reading, but they don't account for that much grade-wise.",

I have learned an incredible amount about the ethics of healthcare by taking Med Hist 558 and it has truly been an eye-opening experience to many subjects that I have always wondered about. Truly an excellent class with an excellent professor and T.A. Would undoubtedly recommend.",

He's quite a good lecturer when he isn't reading off the slides (which isn't often). You'll do fine if you've taken prior philosophy courses (101, 341) and/or courses dealing with remedial genetics (Bio 101/151).",
