The biggest challenge we faced all semester was decoding the not so legible, drunken emails that he sends out on a regular basis. All around hes an amazing guy and Id definitely spend a day out on the town with Mr. Bob. If you are a pro at reading friends drunk texts, this is the class for you","source_url":"https://www.ratemyprofessors.com/professor/619283","quality_rating":3,"difficulty_rating":1},{"observed_at":"2026-09-07 16:09:29.488239+00:00","run_id":"20260907T155543-ce3781c4","source_review_id":"UmF0aW5nLTI1NDQ2MDYy","source_instructor_id":"rmp:619283","instructor_name":"Robert Rowlands","course_label":"ENGR160","course_id":null,"course_uid":null,"review_date":"2015-11-18 20:41:16 +0000 UTC","comment":"Amazing. Maybe the worst professor in the engineering department. Does not teach, just reads his notes that you have to buy. Never tries to help you learn. Very stand offish attitude towards students. Openly mean towards students that he thinks are asking stupid questions.
