    "comment": "The material isn't all that interesting, but he manages to make it pretty fun to listen to. Be sure to listen for the occasional bad dad joke. Lab gets easier as the semester goes on. Be sure to study very hard for the practical. Lab directors are all very helpful and fun. Lecture exams and practical are tough and require a lot of studying.  ",

Questions are extremely specific and are on facts that you never will have to recall again. He tests very little on understanding of the concepts--mostly small picky details.",

    "comment": "He's pretty old school--uses ancient-looking overhead slides. Overall, a decent lecturer, gets to the point, speaks clearly, but not very helpful one-on-one.  Practice exams are representative of the actual test. The lab requires MANY HOURS devoted outside of class, so prepare to spend your weekend at the lab studying for one of six in-lab exams.",
