It's the introduction to R programming. The course organized well. Succinct guide and rich example for each class. But the discussion time is too long for such easy work. The homework and quiz are ez. You can even take the online quiz many times for a full score. Overall a good introduction for those programming novices!

Stats 371 was so poorly organized it was impossible to follow. Qing is difficult to understand both in lecture and in office hours. Her handwriting on the board is cryptic at times, making it even more difficult to follow along in lecture. She struggles to address student questions and concerns, often giving a cursory answer and quickly moving on.

This class was very poorly organized and difficult to follow. I often found myself having to learn the majority of the material on my own. Discussion was completely pointless (language barrier) and I had better luck going to the help center. She knows what she is talking about, but i would take this class with a different professor

About as interesting as you'd expect a stats class to be. Qing is very smart, and willing to help all students succeed. One homework every week, usually 1-3 problems. Doesn't bog down lecture with meaningless information, and even shares silly personal stories here and there to make the power lecture a bit more bearable. Be open-minded and patient!

She is difficult to understand but seems really sweet and caring.

She was terrible. Very difficult to understand and doesn't answer questions really. I ended up learning more from online resources then her. Expect to need help for every homework assignment.

Qing was very unorganized and you could tell she wasn't as experienced. I had a hard time learning from her and was sometimes hard to understand. She didn't elaborate a lot on the concepts and her lectures seemed to go on forever. I learned more from Google than I did from her lectures.

Hard to understand at times. Unorganized and very new. Doesn't know how to run a lecture very well yet. Very helpful in office hours! Gives practice exams and review notes.
