Dr. Riser has easily become my favorite professor at UW. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he teaches and is a great mentor. His lectures are interesting, and he is extremely funny. Q is a great professor! He is very invested in his students' well-being and success in his classes. His material in his classes is beneficial, and I feel like I got a lot from them. Q's graduate seminar "Families and Poverty" was an insightful and meaningful course!
