About this rating

Raw average: 5.00/5 from 9 quality ratings. The adjusted rating blends this with the UW review average (3.66/5), weighted as 20 additional ratings. Smaller samples stay closer to that average. Each captured review is counted once in the prior; this does not correct who chooses to leave a review.

Q's graduate seminar "Families and Poverty" was an insightful and meaningful course! I appreciate when instructors incorporate applied activities, and he excelled at this (my favorite was a class debate). It's clear that Q has a wealth of expertise to learn from, and is committed to student success. Also, he's funny! Classes were always a good time

Q is not a standard professor, but more like a fun camp counselor while still being very educated. He will always have strong connections with people in his classes, and if you ever need to take a class with him as the professor always choose him
