This was one of the strangest classes I've taken. Big component is visiting a wetland, that project isn't hard, but there's little information about what the final report should be. The final field exam was held about a 40 min drive away, so know ahead of time that you'll have to find a ride somehow if you lack a car. Memorization is important.Rate My Professors ↗

ALthough he knew a lot about the subject matter, he was clueless about being a teacher. He was very unclear about expectations, grades arbitrarily, and unorganized.Rate My Professors ↗

Be prepared for few guidelines and little to no direction, but the class overall is pretty fun and easy if you put the time in!Rate My Professors ↗

smart, nice guy but you can tell that teaching wasn't his planned career or forte. grading for this course really isn't bad because almost everything is group work. the few lectures are boring and disorganized but most of the time is spent in the field.Rate My Professors ↗

good luck. you're not getting an A. field trips suck, rain or shine, plenty of ticks. doesn't outline the reqs or what he wants in papers AT ALL. Expects you to take a field exam in pouring rain & do well on it. NO CURVE, horrible grading scale. Won't budge one point for a consistantly good student. boring class. not bad, but not a good prof.Rate My Professors ↗
