Natalie was the best Spanish professor I have had in the past 12 years of taking Spanish classes. She inspired me to work outside of class and was very accessible in her office hours. She was incredibly tough and insisted on our participation but it was all out of care for her students. It was a kick in the pants to take more initiative. Amazing.Rate My Professors ↗

Worst TA I've had at UW-Madison. At first she comes off as very nice and helpful but after about the first week she becomes very rude and unhelpful. Her tests do not reflect what she teaches and she makes them very challenging. She is very hostile and she puts you down if you do not know the correct answer. Natalie is a good TA to have, although her 311 class was quite difficult. She is pretty nice although she also may be intimidating sometimes. She definitely values participation. She is helpful if you go to see her in her office hours but not very communicative over email. If you want a challenge, I would suggest her.Rate My Professors ↗
