Some of the projects are actually fun, and a refreshing break from long papers. Discussion is the most important part of the course and if you care about social justice and food systems, you'll do well and enjoy the course a lot.",

    "comment": "The content of this class was interesting, don't get me wrong. Nan is not very understanding of students, and her feedback is vague and frustrating to incorporate. Often, if you want to do well, you have to resort to many of her own views. I asked for clarification on a feedback point and all hell broke loose. Just know what you are getting into. ",
