So sad she only teaches one law school class. Very passionate about what she teaches - it's infectious. Her final exam is tough but fair. She's absurdly smart, detail-oriented, and a joy to be a student of. Everyone respects her a lot and she makes you want to do well. Lucky you if you get her your 1L year!

Incredible professor. Best of the best.

Professor Sharafi is a great law professor. You can tell she genuinely cares for all of her students. Contracts is a hard class to teach but she made it bearable and even enjoyable. She sets out expectations very clearly and follows the class curriculum so that you prepare with time.

Professor Sharifi is the best professor I have ever had. She clearly wants all students to succeed. You definitely need to do the readings when they are assigned or you're screwed. The midterm and final make up a majority of the grade, but she prepares you really well. If you attend lecture and take good notes and do the readings it is an easy A!

Sharafi is by far my favorite professor. It is the one class that I felt like I actually knew what was going on during the semester. She teaches the material very well and makes class interesting. Her personality is great! I wish I could take more classes with her.

One of the best professors I've had. She has a contagious excitement that will make you absolutely love the course materials Don't expect an easy A; written assignments are critiqued pretty thoroughly. But her comments will definitely make you a better writer and she's super helpful if you go into office hours. Take a class with Mitra Sharafi!

Mitra is a very good professor. The lectures are interesting and so are most of the readings. Make sure to take notes during lectures. Lectures are very well organized. There are 5 reading responses which are graded harshly, so make sure to take your time and think them through. Other than that there is only one essay and the final.

Hands down the best professor I've ever had. She's dedicated, kind, funny, incredibly intelligent, and so, so helpful. Her passion for her work comes across every single class! I thoroughly enjoyed going to lecture. The class is not an easy A, but if you put in the work you'll do fine. I cannot speak highly enough of Professor Sharafi!
