Cs-640 Great at answering questions. Not so great at running a class. Grades were a bit of a mystery- quizzes were either really hard or really easy, but seemed to be participation only. TAs were sometimes at office hours. When time was called on the final, half of the class kept taking the exam for the next 5 minutes - unfair.

Professor Ming has excellent taste in papers and explains them clearly, showing his extensive knowledge in networks and related fields. Highly recommended for both entry-level and graduate-level network studies.

One of my fav profs in CS. Extremely knowledgable in networks and related areas, and very passionate about teaching. He makes complex and abstract networks concepts so easy to understand. I also took cs640 undergrad networks with him, which is a great experience as well.

Best professor ever!!!
