Michael's impact on me will far outlast my time in his class. Besides being so knowledgeable on what he teaches and being such a well-rounded academic, he is one of the most caring people I have ever met. Hilarious too, but his personality is niche. Even if this is the only theater class you take, you'll enjoy it more than you thought you would.

Michael is the absolute professor I have ever had and no other professor will ever compete. He cares so much for his students and really works for them and with them. He is incredibly intelligent and engaging which makes every lab/lecture special and unique. There is a bit of uncertainty with the class, but that is what made it special. 10/10.

Michael is incredible. He's a fascinating guy, has a lot to say. This class seemed really interesting, and all of the assignments sounded really fun. It was just a complete, disorganized mess. I never knew what was happening, like at all. I passed and stuff, but I think I could've gotten a lot more out of this class if it wasn't so messy.

AMAZING professor. He led the most engaging discussion sessions ever. I always wanted to show up for class. If you have a chance to take a class with Michael, absolutely do it. You will not regret it.

Michael is SUCH a great professor. He's laid back and intellectual and you can tell he really cares about his students. 5 stars for sure. Keep up with the readings- but you'll want to cause they're short and interesting! Great class.
