She is amazing don't let the other reviews fool you. I've loved her for Ochem 1 &2. Lectures were helpful and her office hours are so so helpful. Anyone who struggles with her likely isn't a problem with the professor but rather the student,

Definitely the worst out of the 4 possible lectures in my semester. Her lectures were all over the place and I never knew what I was supposed to be learning/studying. Was super passive aggressive and short in her Piazza and email responses. The only thing that got me through this class was being able to watch other lectures' videos.

Her lectures were not as insightful as other professors, and she often rarely looked up at her students and would not go in-depth into topics. Additionally, she was very passive aggressive over piazza and did show much respect to her students, especially over email. It was pretty obvious she was not that passionate about seeing us succeed.

Is a nice person, but outstandingly unhelpful O-Chem professor. Class size started with around 300 kids, then dwindled to about 50 within the first week, and many of those 50 wished they switched when they could have.

I don't know why people rate her so badly, but I thought she was great! She can definitely seem passive-aggressive and come off as rude through Piazza, but besides that, she was great at explaining things, answered questions well, and was very clear. She had a good sense of humor, and I was always interested in her lectures!

I didn't have her as my professor directly however she answered many different questions on piazza due to being in the quad. She is incredibly condescending, does not give feedback, and clearly does not care about the success of any of her students. Avoid if you can!

Terrible lecturer. Even less helpful on Piazza.

Not welcoming nor helpful when asked questions. Does not seem to respect students either. I would highly request trying to switch professors if you get her.

The course is fast paced, so don't be surprised when you miss key information and forget reaction mechanisms. That being said, Dr. Anzovino lectures fast but will take questions. She tends to be a stickler in Piazza; it can be difficult getting answers from her online. However, she is a lot more friendly during her in-person office hours.

This professor was very rude and unhelpful. She never answered questions on Piazza. She either answered questions with a question, or she straight up told you that you were wrong with no helpful direction. She goes silent during lectures when she writes mechanisms and does not explain anything; she just copies her notes. Don't recommend

I didn't even have her as a professor. She just sucks at answering piazza questions. She answers your questions with basically the same question you just asked so you get nowhere. This happened TOO many times that I'm now forced to leave her a horrible rating bcuz y be a teacher if you DONT TEACH. THANK GOD i don't actually have her as a teacher

Imagine a professor who reads directly from the prepared slides each day and hardly answers students' questions thoroughly. This is MBA. Her style is incredibly one-dimensional and actively curbs every student's curiosity.

One of the most uncaring, inaccessible professors I have had at UW-Madison. You would think that if you went into teaching you would have some semblance of empathy, but she doesn't. Be prepared to be treated like just another number instead of an actual student.

She is the worst professor I have ever had. Was extremely rude and condescending on piazza offering no help towards the students. Often times she will even answer questions with a question! I recommend doing anything in your power to not take her class.

She was quite rude and inflexible throughout the entire semester with piazza posts and assignments. Do not recommend to anyone for 345, and do not even try to attempt to reach out to her in 344 with questions because they will not be helpful.

My main problem with her is that she is rude and super unaccommodating to students' needs. I have 3 final exams within 24 hours and she refused to let me reschedule my 344 final, despite me telling them that I literally have the ENTIRETY of finals week open outside of that 24 hour period. Also is rly unhelpful when answering students' questions.

Often lectures were repetitive, unclear, and monotonous. Other students and I would go to other lecturers during their office hours to get proper instruction. Lacks flexibility and care for students. Due to this, I especially do not recommend her to neurodivergent students. If you can, I would switch lecturers.
