I really enjoyed this course! Exams were challenging but manageable if you study. All lectures were posted online but attendance is required during discussion. Assignments consisted of discussion posts/readings, exams and a final exam, and two papers. Papers are graded harshly, but fairly. It was a very interesting course! Would recommend.

Prof Alibali was soooo lovely and clearly cares about her work. The lectures had good info and were clearly organized. Exams are low-key super tough so be prepared for that. 2 papers aren't bad and she gives good instruction. Overall super nice + interesting material, just slightly tough exam Qs that can be tricky

Martha was the best professor ever!

Ok professor, if you do poorly on the tests but show up to the labs and do well on the papers you should do decent in this class.

Professor Alibali really cared about her students actually learning the material, which is a refreshing attitude compared to some other professors at UW. The exams we're too difficult if you go to class.

Professor Alibali was great! She is so nice, knowledgeable, and is clearly very interested in this topic. I have nothing bad to say about her! I would definitely take another class with her! If you are thinking about taking a class with her, then take it!!

Honestly Martha is so nice. I took her for Cognitive Psychology honors and she was very flexible and understanding of our schedules and time. I would totally take another class with her.

She definitely has the students best interest at heart. She made sure all her test questions were taken from things discussed clearly in lecture and she was careful to not use confusing wording on tests. Like most classes at UW, the tests are challenging but if you take excellent lecture notes you can get a good grade.

Professor Alibali is a great researcher, very helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate. I was a RA in her Cognitive Developmental Psych lab and it was my best experience at Madison. Great with letter of rec. too :)

Professor Alibali is a dedicated and professional researcher and teacher. She exemplifies leadership and mentorship. She makes her students WANT to succeed, and her enthusiasm for Psychology is appreciated!

One of the nicest professors ever. Its a relaxing class and she helps everyone. She really cares about her students and she does her very best to know everyone personally.
