Great lectures & very understanding professor, let me take a makeup exam during a different lecture period when I had a transportation problem. Really great class too, super interesting content. Slides are all on Canvas.

Very interesting lectures. The exams are all multiple choice, which I wasn't a fan of. She provides a very clear rubric and study guide. The labs were lots of fun as well!

I loved Anthro 105! Bryer is a great orator and the material (both in lab/lecture) was extremely easy and interesting. She is also very fun to talk to outside of class. Your lowest exam grade is dropped, meaning you can skip the last exam if you study enough for the first three. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs the credit.

Tests make up 60% and are medium difficulty. Good lecturer and engaging, feel like the class should be slightly easier. Labs are very easy, lectures aren't mandatory but helpful for exams.

Prof Bryer was great! She can be a little monotone during lecture sometimes, but other than sat she's very personable and is fun to talk with. This was also by far the easiest course I've taken. Regardless, it was still incredibly interesting to learn about primate bio, evolution, ecology. As long as you take good notes during lecture, you're set.

This class was very easy. 4 exams based off the lecture, cumulative and lowest one dropped. Labs are straightforward and the readings are pretty much optional. Overall easy bio class for a freshman.

My problem with her class is that a lot of her exam questions are way too specific. It makes it so hard to study because a lot of what she covers on the exam are not in the notes and rather something she mentioned during lecture. Class is pretty easy besides studying for the exams. Lecture is a bit boring too.

Tests only covered lecture material. The lab was very interactive and never harshly graded. The lecture could at times be a bit boring but overall it covered some very interesting concepts surrounding evolution and primate relations. Professor Bryer seems to enjoy her work but is not always the most engaging in lecture. Would take it again.

The tests are all lecture material, attendance for the lecture is not recorded but definitely helps on the tests but she does post the slides on canvas. Lab attendance is taken, labs are not hard and only an hour long. There were four exams and the lowest grade dropped. Overall great course, would recommend for freshmen or any grade.
