Professor Munchmeyer is very nice and knows the topics he teaches very well. He keeps lectures light with jokes occasionally but does not overdo it. His lectures are based off of his lecture slides he posts, which are very detailed and the best slides I have seen from a professor. He makes very few errors and is sure to correct them if he does.

Physics 104 was difficult but Professor Munchmeyer really did his best to understand the students' perspective and to make things digestible. I think he saw how disorganized the course was and did his best to advocate for the students, but it was still difficult.

One of the best professors in the physics department! Engaging and clear lecturer. The exams and problem sets aren't too difficult if you pay attention in class. He's also just a really silly and nice guy overall :)

Moritz is the best physics teacher I've had at UW-Madison so far. Take him if you have the option! His lectures are handwritten slides and not just equations on a board-- he takes the time to explain all concepts. The class was graded on weekly homework (both Python and computational) and three exams (two midterms and one final).
