Professor Henson made sure to know every students name in his lecture despite there being over 100 students. It really seemed like he cared about each and every student in the class and wanted everyone to do well. This was definitely the easiest class that I have taken, due to him giving plenty of extra credit as well as being very understanding.Rate My Professors ↗
I really enjoyed taking Soc 134 with Professor Henson because he seemed very passionate about the subject, and he made lectures very engaging. He was also pretty chill and offered several opportunities for extra credit, which was nice. I had professor Henson also last semester and I noticed after each negative review an overwhelmingly positive one emerges, likely because of the professor writing them. I had Professor Henson for SOC 134 Fall semester and loved it! I understand the other reviews complaining about the amount of reading- but it really wasn't too bad in my opinion. He's a fantastic lecturer and made the lectures really engaging- knew everyone's name by the end of the second week. Great professor and tons of EC opportunity.Rate My Professors ↗
