Dr. Notaro really puts into efforts to teach his students. He always makes sure that you understand the materials in class by asking people if they have any questions. He is super quick in responding to emails and are always available for office hour. Overall, he really wanted to help people and is passionate in teaching this course.

Attending lectures, reading the required material, and doing the homework is enough for an A in most cases. He will give extra credit opportunities to help raise a few poor scoring assignments. Exams pretty much only cover homework/lecture material and nothing surprising pops up.
