Professor Cox is awesome and he explains biochemistry clear and in a really interesting way! I think he really is a great lecturer and relates topics to really life, really useful knowledge. The exams are fair, but to do well you need to put in lots of time to study the slides and going over the lecture caption helps A LOT!Rate My Professors ↗

Cox is a nice guy. Always wore a suit to lecture which was cool and a really respected teacher. The class was really tough but Cox does a good job. With cox, reading the textbook is the difference between and A and a B so read it if you have time.Rate My Professors ↗

Professor Cox was an average teacher. DEFINITELY do the practice exams, he recycles questions off them and the problem sets. All of our lectures were recorded which was nice, so if you're going to miss class for sure watch the lecture later. Very helpful and very thorough. Fast pace for the course but there's a lot of material to cover.Rate My Professors ↗

Cox is a pretty cool guy. His office hours are very helpful. He sometimes has to go through his lecture slides quickly because he runs out of time. His exams cover a ton of information, and there are some smaller details that he expects you to know.Rate My Professors ↗

LOVE. Really helpful and very clear - exams are very straightforward (particularly from practice exams). It also helps that the class is awesome and incredibly interesting.Rate My Professors ↗

Awesome professor. Clearly is interested in the content, and it is reflected in his lectures. Speaks clearly and gives fair and basic exams. Gives crystal clear goals for each lecture and plenty of practice problems. Hardly need to touch the book, as lectures are posted on iTunes. Totally recommend him and Nelson!Rate My Professors ↗
