I took Global Food Hist with Dr. Capps and it was awesome. You had to do a lot of reading and writing but I learned a whole lot. She was funny and down to earth and makes the material interesting. She was really passionate about the subject and showed some crazy youtube videos and brought in interesting food! Only complaint is no computers allowed.
