The problem is that Mark does not understand physics deeply, and this shows when he teaches intermediate and upper level classes. Often got his concepts wrong and cannot answer questions.Rate My Professors ↗

It pains me very much to give Mark this rating because I know he'd be a great professor in person. He cares deeply about his students' understanding. However, in this online format, his lectures solely consisted of him reading off lecture slides, which makes it very hard to learn the material. Eriksson is amazing, I've heard he's not as good for 322, but for 415 he is incredible. His lectures are very engaging and his exams are easy enough if you do the homework. Best physics professor I've had here.Rate My Professors ↗
