Professor Eppli is truly the best choice for Intro to Real Estate. He's got decades of industry experience along with top-notch academic positions (see Marquette U) to show. Also, if you actually talk to him, he's a super nice guy. His PowerPoints can get a bit dry, but it's his stories that help make my day. Exams are heavy, so use slides to study

Not a real estate major, but took course as an economics elective. Disproportionate emphasis on content from discussion section. Lectures were interesting and extremely important for the exam. Overall, decent class.
