Marcus is an amazing professor who encourages all students to participate and engage with the material. His class was set up like a power lecture but I'd say he talked only about 40% of the time. The rest was interactive, student based stuff. You have to put in some work but it's not overwhelming. He is very open to feedback. Loved this class!Rate My Professors ↗
Dr. Brauer is enthusiastic about social marketing and also truly cares about his students' opinions and interests. The key to success in this class is time management--it isn't easy, but it is reasonable if you read as it is assigned and not right before the exam, and actively pay attention and participate in class. I enrolled in this class because it was required from my home university, and I had no expectations at all. It turned out to be one of my favorite classes! The material is thought provoking but easy too read. Prof. Brauer is very engaged and available, though the class is almost exclusively student discussions, presentations and guest speakers.Rate My Professors ↗
Markus is very passionate about the subject of social marketing and its prevalence in the psychology field. He encourages group collaboration and discussions with an emphasis on personal responsibility for readings. Be sure to attend all lecturesparticipate (exams include both aspects).
