Margarita was very nice, but there were sometimes where she was unable to accurately answer questions. We were expected to come into class with a basic understanding of what we were covering rather than learning it in class first and then expanding on it with the book/hw after. But she was always open to questions and further explanations in class.Rate My Professors ↗
Prof. Orozco did not teach any of the material in class but expected students to already know it before class had begun. At no fault of her own, there was a language barrier and oftentimes she was not able to understand the student's questions. We were not taught when or why we use certain parts of the language and instead told just "because".
She will make a great effort to know her students personally and wants everyone to participate. She gives great constructive feedback on papers and is always willing to take class time to explain subjects her students aren't grasping. She is clearly knowledgeable about the subject matt tries to include fun things to make class enjoyable.Rate My Professors ↗
