Math 22 is a hard class. You cant blame borisov for that. I guerentee that you will learn more from him than anyon else. He is an incredable teacher!

Very funny and very fascinating to listen to. Ridiculously intelligent in the math field. Did insane calculations in his head. Only resorted to his laptop to write down the example problems he was going to do. Very hard class but doable. Except the series part which was just hell. Do a lot of the past exams to study and you'll be fine.

Class was hard, but not rediculously hard. I got a 26 on the first midterm (ave. was 29) and i got a 46 on the second test (ave was 79). and i got these without studying. so i studied for the final and pulled off a C in the class. so its not terribly difficult. Overall, Lev is a pretty good teacher

Just received my letter grade. A C. I did above average on everything except the first midterm by 2 points and the Final I tanked and I got a C. Yes he curves, but it's a brutal curve. I think roughly 60% of the class has a BC or lower according to my TA. That's ridiculous. . .

Great teacher, really hard class. He made lecture as interesting as math can be, and he has a nice accent (it takes some getting used to though). Lev will challenge his students. He likes to use exam problems most people won't solve, but he is very helpful. Take advantage of office hours!!
